Frozen Rosé

Serves 6

1 bottle rosé 

1 cups frozen strawberries

1/2 cup sugar 

1/2 cup water

1/8 cup lemon juice

Instructions- Add one bottle of rosé to a 13 x 9 pan and freeze for at least 6 hours. Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan. Stir until melted. About 3-4 minutes. Let cool & chill completely. Add the simple syrup, lemon juice and the frozen strawberries to a blender and blend well.

 

Add the frozen rosé to the strawberry mixture in the blender and re-blend. Add to chilled glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Optional- Add a splash of sparkling rosé or champagne to top off if desired.

Strawberry Hibiscus Rosé Sangria

Fresh strawberry and hibiscus flavors with orange and honey accents. Perfect to infuse with rosé or white wine. Rosé sangria is a delicious drink for the spring or summer and a perfect Mothers Day Cocktail.

 

Grapefruit Lavender Cocktail

 2 servings

1/3 cup vodka

1/3 cup grapefruit juice

¼ cup lavender simple syrup

¼ cup lemon juice

Top each cocktail with sparkling water

Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs

Lavender Simple Syrup

⅓ water

¼ cup sugar

2 sprigs lavender

Instructions- Add water and sugar and lavender to a saucepan over medium heat. Dissolve sugar and let simmer for 10 mins to give the lavender time to infuse. Remove from the heat and cool. Remove the lavender sprig before use.

 

Champagne Cocktail

Per serving

1 sugar cube

Angostura bitters

4 oz. Champagne, prosecco, cava, or any dry sparkling wine

1 strip lemon zest

Instructions- Add bitters to the sugar cube. Place in the champagne flute, add champagne and the  lemon zest, cheers!

Strawberry Basil Margarita

2 servings

¾ cup fresh strawberries 

½ cup white tequila

1.5 oz Cointreau or triple sec

1.5 Tbs. simple syrup

1.5 oz. lime juice

Sprig of basil, remove leaves

Instructions- Muddle the strawberries, add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker with ice. Shake and pour into two highballs or cocktail glasses.

Strawberry Basil Infusion Just add tequila, infuse and add some sparkling water or limeade.

 

Pomegranate Rosemary Spritz

8-10 servings

1 c. vodka

1/4 c. fresh pomegranate juice

½ c. fresh orange juice

1 750-ml bottle Prosecco, cava, or other dry sparkling wine, cold (Add right before serving)

Garnish with pomegranate seeds, rosemary sprigs and orange slices

Add all ingredients to a pitcher except the prosecco which should be added right before serving.

 

Paloma

Per serving

2 oz tequila

.5 oz lime juice

Grapefruit soda fill to top

Serve in a lowball or highball and garnish with a lime

Add this Paloma mixer to your cocktail kit and you will only need to add the alcohol.

1 ounce gin

1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 ounce simple syrup

3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)

Per serving

2 oz vodka

.5 oz Cointreau

.5 oz lime juice

.75 oz cranberry juice

 

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain and add a twist of orange. Serve in a martini glass with cranberry sugar for the rim.

1 oz. Chambord

5 oz. Champagne

Per serving

2 oz. peach nectar (cans in the Spanish section of the grocery store)

4 oz. Champagne or Prosecco

Garnish with citrus sugar

Serve in a champagne flute

Add Bellini flavored gummies, the carrier, champagne and peach nectar in cans for a Bellini Cocktail Kit.

 

Berries & Elderflower Fizz

This infusion features berries with hibiscus. The elderflower sugar and honey are what makes this infusion extra special. After you infuse with your desired liquor.

 4 oz  Berry and Elderflower Infusion

8 oz. Lemonade

1 egg white

Instructions- Add the infusion, lemonade and egg white over ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to froth the egg white. Strain and add to cocktail glasses. Enjoy!

 

Varieties

You can use whatever juices that you enjoy. In the Spanish area Goya has peach and guava nectar that we have enjoyed. Use grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice or guava nectar 

Add fresh peaches, oranges, strawberries, raspberries as a garnish.
