How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for most events and 2–3 months for large scale activations. Peak seasons — holiday, wedding, and spring — fill quickly. Early inquiries are strongly encouraged.
Is the experience inclusive for non-drinkers?
Yes — entirely. Our mocktail botanical infusions are crafted with the same quality, intention, and beauty as our cocktail offerings. Every guest participates fully regardless of preference.
What is the minimum guest count?
We accommodate intimate gatherings of 10 guests through to large scale activations of 200 or more. Setup, staffing, and pricing are scaled to fit your event perfectly.
Do you travel for destination events?
Yes. Market Square Atelier serves the greater NYC, Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley region and is available for destination events throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Travel logistics are discussed during the proposal process.
What does setup look like?
We arrive fully prepared. The Botanical Bar is a completely self-contained, beautifully styled setup — botanical displays, infusion jars, garnish stations, branded signage, and everything in between. Your venue provides the space. We provide the world.
