The flavors of Grapefruit and Hibiscus are highlighted in this beautiful and fragrant sour.
Whenever I see a frothy cocktail on a menu, I am always tempted. Using egg whites to make a cocktail at home is something that most of us don’t think of.
Using aquafaba makes this process so much easier. Aquafaba is chickpea liquid and gives drinks a fabulous froth without dealing with raw egg whites.
Its easy (3 ingredients) and oh so impressive!
This cocktail uses our Grapefruit & Hibiscus Infusion. We infused this with vodka although gin or zero proof/water would also be great for this drink. The infusion includes grapefruits, limes, hibiscus, Angostura bitters & organic sugar.
