Easy Irish Coffee & Small Plates

Irish coffee with small plate

We show you how to make a delicious Irish Coffee, easily!

We used our Chocolate Espresso Infusion and infused it with Irish Whiskey.(We removed one stick of dark chocolate and used it to add shaved chocolate on top.)

Our Irish Coffee Version

1.5 oz. Chocolate Espresso Infusion

4 oz. espresso coffee

Top with whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate

Mini Charcuterie Plates

We used 4 inch wooden plates for the mini charcuterie. These plates only work with certain glasses with a 2.75 opening. Which limits their usability.

We used a variety of green for the charcuterie such as green grapes, olives, multi grain crackers, pepper jack cheese, with salami roses.

Themed charcuterie plates are easy to create. Whether you stick to a color theme or a holiday, its easy to add a themed cookie or candy. Adding mini Brie’s or cheese cut in triangles is an easy way to add an attractive detail to your small plates.

We used a shot glass to layer the salami. #stpatricksday #irishcoffee #craftcocktails #stpattysday
