How to Make Cocktail Flights at Home

Cocktail flights at home

We want to show you how infusions can be so versatile and handy!. The honey in our Honey Lemon Drop Infusion adds a depth of flavor to these drinks and is perfect for the springtime. The jars will make about 10 drinks, and any extra will keep in the fridge.

It’s not just a great gift, they make entertaining so easy and is a great way to indulge without spending a lot of money.

1.5 oz Infusion  We infused with vodka for 3 days but is also great with rum, tequila or green tea (Suggestions are on the label)

One of the most versatile food items to keep in the freezer are mini croissants. Ours were from Aldi. They make a fast appetizer or dessert.

We made a lemon & strawberry glaze and added sprinkles and strawberries to garnish. But croissants also make the perfect mini sandwiches, by adding chicken or tuna salad. Use whatever you have handy, place on a nice plate to serve.

Lemon Glaze

2 tbs butter (softened),

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tbs. lemon juice

Strawberry Glaze

2 tbs. butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Tbs. strawberry jam, juice or muddled strawberries

Our Honey Lemon Drop comes as a favor 8oz.size and the Signature Cocktail Size that serves 40. Share and save this post to inspire you at your next gathering.
