A Lightened up “Old Fashioned”

If you like Old Fashioneds you will  love our lightened up version! This 2 ingredient cocktail can easily be kept on hand for any occasion. 

This cocktail uses our Orange & Cherry Infusion which for this cocktail was infused with whisky.

The 16 oz jar will make 8-10 drinks and can even be infused twice!  The flavors or oranges, cherries, Agnostura bitters, organic sugar & honey are delicious together.

This is a very versatile infusion, when infused with vodka, it makes a fabulous Orange & Cherry Spritz.

Our version Old Fashioned

1.5 or 2 oz. Infusion

1.5 or 2 oz. regular or sparkling water

Fill highball glasses with ice or neat if desired

Garnish with an orange peel or cherry if desired

Remove the paper on the honey before infusing.

Add the infusion and water to desired taste. The infusion is concentrated and the sweetness needs to be thinned out. The excess infusion can be kept in the fridge and be reinfused. Just take out the infusion and leave the fruits in the jar.
