If you like booze and ice cream, then you are going to this! We decided to have some fun with our Strawberry Hibiscus flavor and turn it into delicious boozy ice cream sundaes!
We are located on the East Coast, and have had some really warm weather lately, so the ice cream cravings have started.
Strawberry Hibiscus Ice Cream Sundae
Each infusion has suggested uses and this flavor is not only great with Rosé but also with any clear spirit or water/green tea for a mocktail. We infused the 16 oz. with vodka.
This infusion has strawberries, oranges, honey, organic sugar & hibiscus.
Since we wanted to decorate our 16 oz jar, we removed the rest of the infusion and set aside.
16oz Jar Sundae
3 oz. Infusion
2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
Top with whipped cream
Decorate the rim with rainbow sprinkles (warm honey and brush around the rim for the sprinkles to stick to)
Fresh strawberry garnish
We created strawberry roses for our sundaes. It was so easy, but did not show very well in the photos. 😒
8oz. Coupe Glass Sundae
Sliced Strawberries to line glasses
1.5 oz Infusion
1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream
Top with whipped cream
Decorate the rim with rainbow sprinkles (warm honey and brush around the rim for the sprinkles to stick to)
Fresh strawberry garnish
We created strawberry roses for our sundaes. It was so easy, but did not show very well in the photos.
Variations
Instead of vanilla, you could use strawberry ice cream or any complimentary flavors. You could pull out the orange flavor in the infusion and make it more creamsicle with an addition of a little orange juice.
We are going to have a lot of fun creating unique cocktails & mocktails! Check back to see how we are inspired. Cheers!
