Picking Lavender for Our Cocktail & Mocktail Infusions

Last summer, I was wandering through the fragrant, purple-hued fields of Peace Valley Lavender Farm in Bucks County, just as peak bloom lit up the landscape with thousands of violet stalks. It was one of those perfect June afternoons where the sun warmed the breezes and bees buzzed  among the lavender rows.

These same flowers are now dried and added to my lavender-infused cocktails. Picking lavender isn’t just idyllic, it’s part of a living, breathing story I’m eager to share in every jar.

Lavender Haze: Floral with a Fruity Twist

These fragrant lavender petals became the heart of our Lavender Haze infusion—one of our limited-edition seasonal flavors with a sweet floral aroma. Paired with dried tart lemons, berries, and Angostura bitters infused organic sugar, this infusion becomes a beautifully balanced cocktail after a few days of infusing.

Imagine a chilled glass of lavender-berry cocktail, topped with sparkling wine or seltzer—the aroma is intoxicating, the taste is lush, and the color? Mesmerizing purple. It’s the perfect embodiment of summer—cool, floral, and elegantly fun.

Blueberry & Botanicals: Complex Layers

But the lavender journey didn’t stop there. I experimented by combining my dried lavender to create our Blueberry & Botanicals infusion, which has layers of flavor from blueberries, hibiscus, elderflower, and a twist of lime. The result is a cocktail that’s bright, floral, and subtly sweet—the kind you serve when you really want to impress.
