Our chocolate infusion set Includes
1 Jar Mexican Chocolate Chili,
1 Jar Chocolate Peanut butter,
1 Jar Chocolate Mint,
1 Jar Chocolate Espresso
includes a cocktail strainer and sparkling water. Makes 12+ drinks.
Each jar is 8 oz. just add your preferred spirit or water.
Chocolate Espresso Infusion
This is a rich dark chocolate infusion with a strong espresso flavor. Enjoy this infusion mixed with some milk for a martini or added to coffee for a fabulous cocktail.
Ingredients– Belgian Chocolate sticks, coffee beans, espresso powder, vanilla infused organic sugar, artisan honey bars.
Infuse with rum, vodka, tequila, bourbon, whiskey. This flavor works best with a hot or warm infusion.
Mix with coffee, seltzer, milk, ice cream
Chocolate Mint Infusion
This is a dark chocolate mint infusion with the added creaminess of marshmallows and the freshness of mint. Perfect on the rocks or added for a decadent adult milkshake!
Ingredients– Belgian chocolate sticks, marshmallows, peppermint candy, mint infused organic sugar
Infuse with vodka, rum, whiskey, bourbon or water or your preferred drink of choice!
This flavor works best with a hot or warm infusion.
Mix with coffee, milk, seltzer, ice cream
Chocolate Peanut Butter Infusion
Our rich chocolate peanut butter infusion can be enjoyed on the rocks or as an adult dessert. It is the perfect mix of bittersweet chocolate, smooth peanut butter and vanilla infused sugar.
Ingredients– Belgian chocolate, peanuts, peanut butter powder, vanilla infused organic sugar
Infuse with rum, vodka, tequila, bourbon, whiskey, water
Mix with coffee, seltzer, cream, milk or ice cream
Chocolate Chili Infusion
Mexican hot chocolate is a delicious infusion that infuses jalapeno, cinnamon & bittersweet chocolate. This decadent infusion can be enjoyed on the rocks or added to your preferred beverage.
Ingredients- Belgian chocolate, cinnamon stick, cinnamon, jalapeno, vanilla infused sugar.
Infuse with vodka, rum, tequila, bourbon, whiskey or water
Mix with coffee, seltzer, cream, milk or ice cream.
NOTE- REMOVE paper from HONEY stick BEFORE filling
Cold Infusion (2-3 days)
Fill with approx.8oz. of cool alcohol, wine or water
Let sit for 2-3 days (the longer the infusion sits, the stronger the flavor)
Shake the jar every so often to help the ingredients blend. Keep refrigerated after infusing, strain & enjoy!
OR
Warm Infusion (1hour- 2 days)
Best for infusions with chocolate & candies
Fill with approx.8 oz of warm or hot (not boiling) liquor
Let sit from a few hours to 1-2 days
Shake every so often to help the ingredients meld, strain & enjoy!
Our infusions are concentrated, even our sangrias. While some flavors may be enjoyed on the rocks, most will need to be added to a mixer.
Basic Recipe
1 part infusion (1 1/2 oz. approx.)
3 parts mixer (4 1/2 oz. approx.)
For a stronger drink try a 1 part infusion (1 1/2oz) to 2 parts mixer (3 oz.)
Adjust to taste.
