Galentines Day Cocktails
We created our own Galentine’s day cocktail sets and flavors, all you have to do is add the alcohol (or nonalcoholic beverage!) . Below are the details of the flavors in our sets.
If you want to create your own cocktails, here are 10 Galentine’s day cocktails that are easy to create for your next girls gathering.
There are many non-alcoholic spirits available and any of the liquors below can be switched out to a non-alcoholic version.
All of these cocktail recipes are for one 1 drink.
1. Chocolate Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream(or other)
- 1 oz chocolate Liquor
- 2 oz vodka
- chocolate Syrup(garnish/optional) to your liking
Notes:
- Chocolate Martinis can also be easily customized in so many great ways
- You can always add a raspberry or cherry liquor in, or espresso for your liking
- Shaken or stirred, the question of the century. Here’s the deal, it’s your choice and you can make this cocktail merely by stirring without the need of a cocktail shaker. I thought do prefer this recipe shaken with some ice.
Directions:
If you want to garnish with chocolate syrup, make sure you drizzle chocolate syrup inside of the martini glasses before assembling the cocktail, as well as rimming the glass if you’d like.
Combine the Bailey’s, Chocolate Liquor, and Vodka together in a shaker with some ice. Strain and serve in the garnished glasses.
2. Cosmopolitan (Cosmo)
Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka or citron vodka
- 1 oz cranberry juice (sweetened or unsweetened)
- ½ oz lemon juice(if not using Citron)

3. Negroni (my favorite)

- orange peel
Directions:
You have an option of either on the rocks or straight up. On the rocks, add all ingredients into an old fashioned glass with ice and stir, and twist orange peel on the edge of the glass.
If you’d like it straight, mix in a glass with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, and add the orange peel as before.

Galentine’s Day Toasts
- Some of Leslie’s favorite Galentine’s quotes:
- The tried and true, ‘hoes before bros’
- Unique, ‘uteruses before duderuses’
- ‘Ovaries before brovaries’
- And some classic toasts perfect for the Galentine’s occasion as well:
- ‘Here’s to the men we love, and the men that love us. But the men that we love aren’t the men who love us, so to Hell with the men and here’s to us!’
- ‘Here’s to you and here’s to me, Friends may we always be! But, if by chance we disagree, Up yours! Here’s to me!’
- ‘My friends are the best friends, loyal, willing, and able. Now let’s get to drinking! All glasses off the table!’
- ‘Here’s to the nights we’ll never remember, with our friends, we’ll never forget’
- ‘Here’s to those who wish us well, all the rest can go to hell’
- ‘Some ships are wooden ships, but those ships may sink. The best ships are friendships, and to those ships, we drink.’
- ‘Life may throw us punches, and knock us on our ass, real friends are there to ease the pain and somehow main you laugh’
